Add God Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and people-focused Human Resources (HR) Executive / Manager to join our on-site team in Vrindavan. Manage the end-to-end hiring process: posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews.
Handle onboarding, documentation, and employee orientation.
Maintain and update HR records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and support grievance processes professionally.
Oversee performance appraisals, employee engagement, and team-building initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Support payroll coordination and maintain accurate HR data.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–5+ years of hands-on experience in HR or similar roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management tools.
Must be available to work full-time from the Vrindavan office.
MBA or Postgraduate in HR Management.
Experience working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
Familiarity with HRMS or attendance tracking tools.
