Add God Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and people-focused Human Resources (HR) Executive / Manager to join our on-site team in Vrindavan. This is a full-time, office-based role — ideal for someone who thrives in a structured work environment and enjoys building a positive, high-performing company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process: posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews.

  • Handle onboarding, documentation, and employee orientation.

  • Maintain and update HR records, attendance, and leave management systems.

  • Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and support grievance processes professionally.

  • Oversee performance appraisals, employee engagement, and team-building initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

  • Support payroll coordination and maintain accurate HR data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–5+ years of hands-on experience in HR or similar roles.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management tools.

  • Must be available to work full-time from the Vrindavan office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Postgraduate in HR Management.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

  • Familiarity with HRMS or attendance tracking tools.
