Tele Caller

Add God Pvt Ltd is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our on-site team in Vrindavan. In this role, you will interact with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products, provide information, and generate leads or appointments.

This is a full-time, office-based position for Both Male and Female candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products and services.

  • Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into leads.

  • Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and feedback in CRM tools or Excel.

  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.

  • Resolve customer queries promptly and accurately.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

  • Confidence in handling phone conversations and building rapport

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc.)

  • Positive attitude and a pleasant phone manner

  • Should be based in or willing to relocate to Vrindavan

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or telesales

  • Familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking tools

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
