Add God Pvt Ltd is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our on-site team in Vrindavan. In this role, you will interact with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products, provide information, and generate leads or appointments.
This is a full-time, office-based position for Both Male and Female candidates.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products and services.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into leads.
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and feedback in CRM tools or Excel.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
Resolve customer queries promptly and accurately.
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Confidence in handling phone conversations and building rapport
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc.)
Positive attitude and a pleasant phone manner
Should be based in or willing to relocate to Vrindavan
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or telesales
Familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking tools
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Fixed salary + incentives based on performance
