Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at Add God Pvt Ltd. As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and helping grow our customer base through strategic outreach and sales efforts.

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Vrindavan office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential clients via calls, emails, or meetings.

  • Understand client needs and present suitable product/service solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress regularly.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow-ups using CRM or Excel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Vrindavan

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or client handling

  • Knowledge of the spiritual, events, or tech industry is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
