We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at Add God Pvt Ltd. As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and helping grow our customer base through strategic outreach and sales efforts.
This is a full-time, on-site role at our Vrindavan office.
Identify and contact potential clients via calls, emails, or meetings.
Understand client needs and present suitable product/service solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress regularly.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow-ups using CRM or Excel.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Vrindavan
Prior experience in sales, business development, or client handling
Knowledge of the spiritual, events, or tech industry is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
