We are hiring a motivated and proactive Business Development Officer (BDO) to help expand our business reach and customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, creating growth strategies, and fostering long-term business relationships.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vrindavan.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Represent the company at meetings, events, or client visits when required.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for lead generation campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good knowledge of MS Office, email, and online communication tools.
Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Must be available to work from our Vrindavan office full-time.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines.
Experience working in spiritual, wellness, or tech sectors is a plus.
